Project Teams are recommended to restrict data capture of country name based on the ISO 3166 Short Country Name in English published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO has not specified a maximum length for Country Name. For project teams' convenience, we suggest setting a maximum length of 70 as this is commonly used in EDI for medium field size. |
